you all talk about only plus cfg...there is also nh cfg witch is older and rocked too Happy
These little conflicts about witch config should be used or not in e+ or i would say in bro leads to nothing just check full servers and you will know what conf ppl like, the rest is talks talks Happy
IMO there should be a standart agreed by majority for rankwars as i wrote previously and 2 cfgs : 1 for ctf and 1 for other gametypes

if some ppl seeying is a wall spliting bro part to two sides, tell me who bulid this wall, or beter forget about names and bulid an hammer to dilll with a wall

In my eyes it would be best to make nh official for 1/1's, plus/bro (should be voted which one) for tdm, tag, ffa. ctf guys can beat their heads themselves as to which cfg would suit their needs best. Happy

i am dont seeying it as problem to make voteconf.txt with 3 options its realy no hard and these configs are very close to eachother

Anyways this topic is ridiculous in some parts.

Most ppl around are interested in playing and having fun, and that really counts for them, because that's what Quake and E+ is for.

From my side there are only 2 servers with bro-cfg which I could play with reasonable ping - SGR community (almost always empty Sad ), and HK-Official-Freeze (which sometimes uses plus.cfg - if I'm not wrong), I would really like to play on BRO or MR freeze server but ping is always 160+, and thats of course not because version 1.03 (LOL), but because of routing, so its ISP fault. OR......... of course some ppl here will soon develop IDEA that it's MOW's fault (what a surprise!) and for sure he is DDOSing those servers... Damn MOW! Winking

The reason ppl are coming on the 2sweet servers is not the config, basically its just that there are PPL on it, which are willing to play. And there are almost always ppl on it because of low ping, good stability and fun maps. There is nothing hidden here.

There shouldn't be any vote on forums for configs. Server admins decide which they want to use, players decide on which they want to play, ATM FREEZE, TDM, FFA, CTF is played mostly on PLUS.CFG (I'm not playing 1vs1 too often so I can't speak about it). So what is this all about? No comment. We all know..

I like better PLUS.CFG, because simply its better balanced, open suggestions, and settings were well discussed on e+ board.
But in fact... Geez, for me there is no big difference between plus and bro, i just wanna play and have fun with nice PPL... That's all.

PS. as it is kindergarten level of discussion, so I'm feeling obligated to say this: I like and suppurt usage of plus.cfg because - simply I like it, and isn't because I'm in 2sweet where Mow is clan leader, also it's not because im polish like HQ or Flex1. LOL.

I am trying HQ to make peace between both sides aproximately 2 months ago :!: I wrote here my opinion, but nobody cares. I talk with people from other mods a lot and they amaized how stong comunity we have. E+ is people :!: So, if we stick togheder in good faith we can acomplish anything. But true is that people wich are from begining spend all enthusiasm and no any energy to continue building comunity. Comunity is more important then fucken cfg. Like small magnets or ants, if we all pull in one direction wich we agree about it then we can do what ever we wanna to do. Personaly I think that we CAN be largest and longlasting Q3 mode if WE wanna so. Have verry energic and constructive people :!: We just need to let THEM WORK :!: So, ppl. be smart be patient have vision, let constructive people have tools to can work and we will make huge progress :!:
