I think this has gotten way out of hand here. Reminder to Admins and Mods, we are all here to serve the community. There is no power in a title. By taking these roles you have agreed to serve the entire community. It is very simple. It is not anything more. There is no control or power over anyone else. This is not like clan leadership, or Boss and Employee. You are fufilling the needs of the community as a whole. Let's all get our heads on straight here.

i sweared, i don't take part on public community stuff anymore, but i can't stand some bs in here.

So, my few sights of facts:

• There is a reason, why easy choose Term as Admin. Nobody have to care this reason, easy gave us this place for us, and if someone don't agree with something, he simply can create his own community, hf.
• Term isn't a bad guy. Sure he has some extreme activities, but people grow with their jobs, and i bet, Term will do a good job in future. Mistakes like deleting threads can happen, but i bet term learned out of it.
• Flaming to Admin will lead to no solution, it leads at list more to something like a "damn, for what the fuck i am doing this all if everybody is just moaning"
• What i c from term, except the nwc-thread-deleting, is a high motivated Admin, who trys to do a good job. He attempts to overlook also old quarrel points since he is conscious that one does not have any extra-saussage.
• Arround 6 months ago, i had a lil convo with easy on msn, where i asked, how far it is with new page and so on. I didnt received a concrete answer , but in this convo he also asked me, if i would be available for an admin job (just if i am available, not if i do it), and i said, no thx, its a honour u asked me, but i am pretty partial and i can't garantee, that i decide always good and correct. So, this is what i respect now on Term, he is not partial, and he will grow with every single job he do "IF U JUST LET HIM WITHOUT CURSING HIM BEFORE HE EVEN CREATED SOMETHING"
• I am quiet happy, that there is at least many clanforums more, that someone is there, where u dont need to w8 8 weeks, before u get an answer or a solution.
• I don't c anything wrong in this new forum here. It's simply just a forum for events, what makes all just more visible. And i don't c anything wrong with faith and extreme as mods, what would be different if for example poland and alex.k would be mods.

who would u choose as generell admin? Me? rofl, many people would react on me, like some of u do now on Termy. HQ? i bet it would happen the same. Rena? Doesn't he have already enough to do (ever heard of burning out syndrom?). Best solution would be maybe, to pay an foreign admin, who really just c the facts, huh?

I feel increasingly more uneasy, it occurs to me so, as if a flock wolves would would be here for victim-hunting.

Dudes, if everything would happen here with pure demograzy, we would still be at Excessiveplus 1.01.
