We return to the point where we have begun. Yes, all we know that he used cheats, he gave out himself.
But, please give me evidences that he still uses cheats.
Here or in another thread Muffin complains that was kicked and banned without evidences, meanwhile according to his words he has never used cheats.
So, when I have evidences, I will kick and ban cheaters.
I think, presumption of innocence should act, as well as statute of limitations.

Face it, this is an objective reality, which does not depend on your personal desires. For some reasons the admin has chosen some ones to be referees. It's his own server and his own reasons.
As for me, I try to be honest, impartial. Yes, I have a lack of some experience to detect cheaters. But nobody can say that I kick anyone without reason.

I wouldn't want to be a ref on this server. It would be like being a janitor on a trash disposal site where the rat king reigns. Being a henchman of the admin that willingly doesn't ban cheaters to have full servers. You would have to pay me to do that.

It was generally said about the alucard-ref test which should apply to anyone. Can't help if he confirms and jumps on it. Zezao passes the Alucard test but then again fails in other areas like accusing everyone of cheats.

Pretty sure i had a chat with V before where he accused me/us as cheater already. Not even mentioning ZEZAO and his "photoshopped" screenshots

What's the point anyways if can't detect cheaters? (rhetorical questions)
- Kick people that disagree in chat?
- Forceteam people that winjoin?
- Change maps like CTF2 (or any other NON-DM-MAP) cause of dislike?

So yeah, basically just a rotating DJ DM map machine and kicking people who annoy Zezao.

Seen it happen plenty of times before. Server gonna be even more boring and dead with such refs.

More or less, I agree with Bonnie(or Clyde) about the strictness of banning. In the case of Alucard, my opinion is that he MUST be banned. The fact that there're only several regular players left around must not affect the way of treating cheaters. It is absurd to create a new case of well known and proven cheater, make demos and have discussion and sharing opinions on something well known. It is just pointless waste of time.

Another thing, Muff, your profile is quite fresh on the forum, and you seem to know quite well not only the old players who are mostly inactive these days(at least on E+), but you are also aware of everything that has been going on in recent years. You seem quite skilled as well, which makes it obvious that you're an old player. What was your old nickname? Why new profile and new name? Just curious.

I don't remember that I accused you to be a cheater. I called voting to kick you with the comment: "deserves better opponents".

In fact I don't understand players, who pretend to be pro, who visit servers for amateurs and break the game balance.

Everybody can call voting for anything. But I don't kick nor ban anyone only on (my) suspicions or such thoughts.
