At the local social club near where i live, a guy i know through a friend was drinking with his wife and her friend. his wife though she would wind him up. every week on a saturday night the landlord would read out the weeks lottery numbers, she thought it was a good idea to tell the landlord to read out her husbands lottery numbers to make him think he had won the jackpot. on the night in question the landlord read out the 'fake' numbers and the mans wife waited for the reaction from her hubby, nothing, he never said a word. anyway after a night of drinking the gag got forgotten.
next morning the wife made breakfast and called the husband down, he came down with a suitcase in each hand, and said. "i wont be wanting any breakfast today, and by the way i just won £xmillion on the lottery, im leaving you, oh and another thing i been fucking your sister for the last 6 months"
