For
first this kind of tournament will take only few hours (1day) not more -
so results you will know directly after or in next day

do you want to make plusC/N 1v1 tournament or some instagib 1v1? - i want both

do you want to mark games in as ranked or just for fun? - i want make by
first time just for fun, and if you will like it and want more, then
ranked.

ok maybe now i will explain how it will work, how i imagine this tournament:

rules - not so much. timelimit (5?) or fraglimit (25?) (or both) please
chose. maplist. pure ON and pb ON. system bo3 (min 2 maps [2 win in a
row], max 3 maps [example 1 win 1 lose 1 win]). thats will be all.

no any kind of sing up list of players - every1 who is registered at E+ site can play

place of meeting (where do you find or how you will know your opponent?)
- channel at our GAB. Yes, i want to use already existing tools at our
site to manage this tourney.

what you will need to do - you will only need to click link example like
this one: http://www.excessiveplus.net/gab?channel=inSta-sTars and you
will be at tourney channel. there will be pickupBOT with registered IP
of few servers where you will able to play yours 1v1.

you will need only to write in channel "!add duel01" or "!add duel02"
and mybe more to 03 04 05 depends how many pepople will wrote here
that they want to play in this tourney. when you wrote !add duel02 you
will be signed in to 1v1 match, if some1 else will wrote !add duel02 he
also will be signed there. you both recive message about that the game
is ready for you two and you can start . player who will not play coz
of enemy (example "oh no its mega pro and iam noob i not play!") will
be banned from tourney you will need only to play those 2 or 3 maps
(it will take from 10 to 20 minuts max i guess) and post results
(Screens) in directed topic for it: example "ultimate 1v1 rampage results"

it will be placed in instastars forum - i will remove all spam/comments
from there. i want to see there only results. i also will be at gab
channel, so if i notice that some is signing into game and not play i
will give him ban from channel so he will not be able to play anymore

after all winner will be player with biggest amount of games/wins - please chose it

if you will decide to make it ranked, we will need to have referees, but
i think it will not be a problem. i guess few players will do it by
that way: i will ref your game, later we will play and you refere my
game or just some guys will refereing few matches as volontaries.

how long it will take? lets say... i will create topic, create channel,
add servers to pickupBOT at 16:00 o'clock and will be aviable for you
alll untill 22:00? then tourney will be finished, i will make summary
and tell in directed to results topic about winner 1st place 2nd and
third. what day? i think saturday or sunday will be good.

i think it is good idea, because you not need to wait weeks untill your
opponent will be able to play. you can play at 16:00 your game and it
will be only one game for you and it will be counted. you can play from
16:00 till 22:00 nd have 50 games and they will be counted. you can play
from 17:00 till 19. later at 21 and have 4 games per whole day and they
will be counted.

game to be counted need to be registered at gab channel and have results
in directed to results topic. game in topic without registration at
channel will not be counted.

you can enter IS clan GAB channel to check how work pickupBOT for simple example:

to sign in: "!add duel1" or 2 or 3

to sign out (untill some will not also sign in to that same server) "!remove"

how about day what you can chose and times when you can play? at weekends most of servers can be used for fw/cw

treat it like fragfest or something
