Omg what a bab. Camel did research and gave us full history of it. He has been caught twice, so make sure before you will call anyone else liar because in this case you are lying. Hard punishment for community is that we already gave some second chances. There shouldn't be appeal option for anyone who cheated.

actually it was my idea that jeff make some poll to see how peoples will vote for him
but that doesnt matter anyway as rank mods decided already and we gave F2 for him

imagine rank mods from past 4 years, they judged his behaviour and acted accordingly to what he's been doing in that time and gave him final ban without any appeal in the future
and after those few years those rank mods goes retired and been changed with new ones that changed his ban sentence and forgiven him just like that and let play ranked matches no matter he did in the past, because they wasnt here, they dont know him etc...
I wasnt familiar with his case until now and when I saw his ban appeal was set to permanent I couldnt act by myself and unban him, not when he secretly joined PHNX and played at least those 2 games already.

its not how it suppose to be, we cant obey the rules, we cant make own decisions now, not if such player is still considered as not trustable @ #822 he still got cheats on his own desktop that he recently shared on that thread, after googling and info from dr4nzer we know its a cheat for Counter-Strike, but who knows if he doesnt hide something more on his computer, now when PB is not supported since many months, such custom hacks can be easilly used without anyone notice it.
I did watched past 2 matches played with Leco/Under for PHNX and hmm...I cant say he used cheats on it, but there were few moments where I could notice some probability of WH activity, but aint gonna dig more about it
