Undead Order - Public Ventrilo

It's running first day and we are testing it, so some accidents may happen. Voice codec will be probably updated too. Feel free to use it for voice communication while playing, or just for conversations. You can use public channels or ask me for private one for your clan. Amount of these will be probably limited. Ofcourse we don't need you just for testing, it will be running public all the time.

For people who don't know: Ventrilo is program for VoIP group communications. Similar to TeamSpeak, in opinion of many people - better than it's competitor.

How many slots did u rent? Since it is the big disadvantage of ventrilo, the limitation of client-slots.

Slot limitation appears only in the newest version, it's running at older 2.1.2, which is still really good. It's running at our dedicated server, same as all UO servers, so we don't know how many slots will it have so far.

nevertheless:

open source alternative to ventrilo/teamspeak...., quality is same or better than ventrilo on a very low bandwith.

Can't you host a ventrillo at your own computer? I don't think that will be illegal, but I am not sure.
