US National Team?

Okay, someone started asking me about this a week or two ago. The U.S. has no national E+ team, and because I play on Euro servers more than just about any other U.S. player ( 
) I've got to hear alot about this. I've thought about it and gone over it and over it -- so what the hell, guys, if you're an interested U.S. player, leave your name and MSN.
I do have a list of "wanted players" which I won't share here until everyone does/does not sign up or show interest. C'mon, guys, let's at least get our names out there. 
If we do this we will probably learn ALOT from the European teams, they've been around for a while and kick ass.

I was just looking at the world cup site a couple days ago and was wondering why there isn't a US team as well.
I'd be interested. You guys know where to find me...

Ye, thats right, same question I was ask my self, and I dont find any answer, not even today.

one problem though is arranging time, but from expirience with )NWC( id say best times are arround 15 GMT - 6 wich makes it 22 CET.
and probably best to use one server for one map, second server for other.
coin flip for third server, you can use -virtual coin toss-
just click and the other person can check what you got

The cup of nations wouldn't be the same without Team US, after all, Quake is an american game

Thnx for the info, Foksie. This will come in handy, I think, 'cause as you know I'm always on Euro time myself but my fellow Americans usually aren't.

I've never handled anything major like this before so I'd have to decline on that -- I'd like some say in what goes on with it since I'm trying to round up players myself and such, however I have no experience leading a team like this. I'd like to split the responsibilities with everyone.
