For setting up a candy vending machine in the office workers right across the street, so they can enjoy something sweet in their otherwise extremely bitter and depressing life. For painting the sky blue, the grass green and menstrual juices red. For wiping the tears off of little Jane's face after she had both her legs amputated after suffering that freak toy cart accident. For baking the raspberry pie we had the pleasure of sharing with diabetes patients in the Hoplite Memorial Hospital on Salzbury street. For taking care of that coolant leakage in the nuclear reactor in Mr. Hopkins' basement. For being the only man alive that had the courage to drink Steven Seagal's Lightning Bolt and for not throwing up afterwards. For revealing Jerry Edwards for the lying, scandalous sack of shit he really was, if only we knew beforehand. For fixing Dorothy's robot. For combing Urrwyf's tail. For raising my Pokemon into the ferocious man-eating monsters they are today. For putting back "hat" into "fuck all that". For staying out of the women's bathroom. For being the Luigi to my Mario. For the horrible things men do to each other, for without cruelty, we would not know kindness.
