thats a pain in the ass, every server which allows to vote kick had this problem with annoying nubs
I do understand that someone given some voice to the people to get rid annoying players and cheaters, but well the same privilege was given to the nubs who scream at every player who hitting >40% from rail "CHEATER KICK HIM OUT" "PRESS F1 U NUBS HES A CHEATER" or some twat who think he is mr.internet just use the vote kick to annoy others
that would be very nice if u guys cloud remove votes completely out of the server or at least limit this feature because many peoples abuse it, i do not play anymore on some servers because i am kicked frequently out of them as a cheater or because someone just get mad 
it even happens that on 1v1 servers players who want play callvote kick spectators and do not allow anyone else to play......

Disabled kick voting until we get some active admins.
Also added the exception for "benedykt".

Sorry, forgot to mention. There was an typo in the config, Quad should be 2.5 again.

well can you do something about that player too? thanks for answering! i really apreciate it! 
and thanks for making that qu ad stronger. it was really lame when i was hitting someone with rail and quad and it didn't do anything 90% of the time.
