ventrilo server

is it possible for somebody to set up a large ventrilo server, so possibly each clan can have their own channel (if requested) ? Mow tried to set this up previously, but had some problems with linux and also with ventrilo, as there was some license problem (only 8 slots max).
If there is some linux user out there that could set up a permanent ventrilo server for all us quakers, it will be much appreciated

just keep in mind, running an old version of a ventrilo server is illegal, running a ventriloserver with more than 8 slots without license is illegal, beeing on one of the above mentioned ventrilo server is in some states illegal also.
dont wanna teach u what to do, just want to be sure, that all know that.

Tyrant,
We already have a Teamspeak server. Each clan that is registered on the site with a forum and webspace automatically obtains a Teamspeak Channel. The clan has the option to privatise their channel.

yes. pretty much highest setting on teamspeak is the lowest on ventrillo.

Yes is true ventrilo is much better then TS2!! I'm user of ventrilo and is perfect for me!
