It kinda doesnt work in MS Windows Vista.
Throws me error

VISTA qconnect

its works with opera for me on vista. But i dont play q3 on vista anymore, its too annoying.

It works for me with IE... put qconnect.exe in a folder, run it then select q3 exe file and then close qconnect... It should work...
