The key quailty we are looking for is talent whose main elements are reflexes, game intelligence and rail accuracy. Its not necessarily your number of frags in games neither your reputation. That is, we may still think your fine enough and let you in, judging your ability/potential.

- Testing how?
Your skill will be evaluated with tryout sessions. After those, benchmark results and overall impression are gonna be considered together by our members.
