were is the sens by creating a new clan when there already to much clans to fill them up with players?

soul was created long time ago as bro and mr died ,so many clanless players were in this mod most of them went inactiv |/

so we had more clanless players then good clans to fill them up
actually its the other way round
nothing agianst new clan and phoenix has more then enough expirience to be a very good leader but i think there not enough persons
