umm....all i know of is hard rock and metal, disturbed, godsmack, Mudvayne, system of a down, Limp Bizkit, system of a down isnt that metal/hard rock, try them, my favorite system of a down song is Hypnotize, hope that helps.

Loud music is good for fighting by the way.

edit: try Mudvayne - Happy, its a good song, its kinda mad, but its kinda soft music type stuff at some parts lol . Sorry if i was no help lol, here are the bands i listen to when i need to cool off,

I would recomend System of a Down - Hypnotize if you need to cool off after a fight in quake or something like that.
