hehe no its not fire... its just the dust that is raised when a 600 hp engine is shooting across the roads 
edit: i saw this car driving in real life... it was just a show race where they didnt hit the limit but the noice of that car nearly blew off my ears when it was hiting the gas after a bend... amazing

i used to go to rallys in the 80s. ive seen it too
there was a car called though called the Metro 6R4 ....it looked like shit but was an awesome sight, it spat 2 meter flames out of the exhaust most of the time and won many rallys

Its a rally car as i can see, and they hardly have 600hp, maybe 300hp 350max but hardly 600hp.

As i wrote before it has 450HP, 2110cc engine. At least on of the setups.
