Good thing Quake doesn't need much PC power:

Working & Gaming PC:
Athlon Thunderbird 1.47 GHz,
1GB DDR-RAM, 100 GB HD,
Hercules 3D Prophet 3D 64MB,
Hercules 3D Prophet 4000XT,
21" + 19" Dual Monitors, WinXP
Wacom Intuos II A4 Tablet

Secure Web, File & FTP-Server / Router with Traffic Shaping so I can play Quake while downloading stuff:
Pentium III 650, 256MB RAM,
80GB HD, Debian GNU/Linux 3.0

The Wacom tablet makes an excellent mouse pad, very smooth. Only problem is I can't use optical mice on it, so I still use my old, old Logitech Wheelman. Happy Oh and if you're still wondering about this setup, I am a graphics designer. Winking

abit silurio fx 5600 ultra with blue led - looks nice
17gb 10000rpm scsi hdd for system and 80gb for q3 and porn
19" monitor and my favorite mouse mx1000 wich i love
