What for games are for players and spectators. Even pro need spectators, they pay for watch. I do not understand why dont be on bench spare players but equal number and couple clan friends spectators limited number.

Timelimit on TDM is right...
...we play cw on FREEZE with timelimit, and the ideal for Freeze are fraglimit...i don't know why, now we can set the timelimit, we must do
fraglimit...

So small difrence in points? It not have sense.. We won't see bigger difrence between place 2/5 or 1/3... Better to use:

Hm, all referees know about it? Bcoz I read about that when I was reading rules, that Iam ref... Chosen players should know all cmd's to server.

About tie map , indeed clans should have some choice (overkill , pro-q3dm6, others?), that's good idea.
If Draw , nonsense to play 30fl , timelimit for sure , 5min? it's still open case.
To small difference in match points , it's the same , we can do sth like "21 , 9 , 3 , -9" etc., but this Ex's "football" (;>) system fits good for me. But if ppl like earning more points , that's np.
