What value should Spawnprotection be enabled to?

imo with just 4 persons the maps should be all playable without protection.
but u could enable xp_matchmode 3 for let the persons spawn every round, but that will affect gameplay extrem ( just in freeze or clan arena)

just dont spawn direclty after u get killed, so u avoid what people are used to.
