Where can I post a Record of a Cheater?

Today, I got a cheater on OpenCTF Borg Server.
He was an aimbot user, that also tried to kick back players kicking him for cheating.
I've got a record of him... he run away, as soon he noticed I was recording him, but the record is enough to see him cheating, IMHHO.
I will attach the record here, just to let everyone see.
Can anyone provide me a MSN/Skype contact of any Borg's Admin or Ref, just to send him the Rec?
