Well It depends of the money you want to spend and the size of the screen..

I bought it for 320€ here : http://www.pixmania.com/fr/fr/2317562/art/iiyama/ecran-tft-24-wide-prolite.html

But apparently it only costs 230€ now. It is a very well marked monitor.
It has 2ms, 20000:1, hdmi,vga, pivot....24"

B2403WS or E2403WS (same panel, different only by pivot support)
the fastest lcd 60hz monitor atm

or there're actually also 120hz monitors with 5ms (not real..they're around 20ms) not good imo.
