how comes that some server on spider is unrated ?

The majority of people think they think, when really they just change their prejudices. Understanding is a matter of will in most cases.

This question was alraedy asked and the answer was "Those servers are not 2.0a, but still 1.03 or worse or modified"

or server was offline before, it need some time to be rated on this spider, for ex. rail4ever was off for a day
when i launched it again it appeared unrated for sometime

Also if server uses port rotating scripts.
