Will this make ur server be at the top of the ingame list every 2 hours?

the thing is, severs are usually sorted by PING, so unless it has a really good ping it dont matter how long it takes to appear on the list.

I see the ping as 1 but after 2 - 3 hours i have 2 load it up 2 400 just 2 see my server. I want my server 2 stop responding for like 3 - 4 hours and than respond again so it shows up really fast
