win7+mx518+polling rate
hey
got a problem with changing the polling rate on my mx518
the default tip, exactly this one :
1.run DSEO, and set it to test mode
2.restart in safe mode
3.load up hidusbf/setup.exe, click install service
4.use DSEO to sign a system file: c:\windows\system32\drivers\hidusbf.sys
5.put a check in filter on mouse in hidusbf setup
6.set to 500hz or 1000hz which ever you want
7.click restart
8.check mouserate.exe to ensure you are running at desired refresh!
not working, even if ive change the usb port or uninstall whole setpoint stuff-still on mouserate its the default 125hz,and after any kind of trying tweak the mouse is dead
got a fresh installed win7 x64
any solution?
I don't fully understand ur problem, but maybe this thread helps:
http://www.excessiveplus.net/forums/thread/win7-polling-rate
mx518 has 16+bit buffer.
The mouse doesn't support over 125hz
Unless you've over clocked it?
coz of that u use hidusb for win 7
damn its only german but for me this worked. bazz if u need help maybe we can talk !!
