which one is better to try/download the win8 dev prew or the 1st link in 1st post?

Pre-beta stage. Its going to be more hassle than its worth, especialy as an upgrade, you will lose all your hd data if you want to remove it. Should be ok within a seperate partition though.

I downloaded first link. It includes some developing tools (for example visual studio express etc).

true, its impossible to have installed Win7 and Win8 on one partition (and both bootable) so its needed to install w8 to separate partition or hdd
