Agree. E+ need more teams!

I am your newest member and mabe weakest player, so i think if i go it would do little, if any, harm to genX... So mabe i wont be missed anyways :oops: (here is where you get in and say: sure we would!)

I have been asked to join a new team but im concerned about you guys. Not as a game-team. My presence dont matter there, but as my friends. Im a bit soft in this. Sorry.

Noone is mad if someone leaves clan. That is a rule, and if someone DOES get mad, he has nothing to do in genx!

But we will be sad if you leave Iz..

And wiZ has split up to more teams. And Saint and some others are starting one team, Harding and some others are starting one and so on. Saint team I think is not gonna focus on E+

Hm, we talked about splitting the team some months ago and we decided to stay with 1 team.
We are the biggest clan here, but we have many inactive members and at the moment I'm not sure if we are enough active for a clan war. Why should we split the team?
IMO, the weakness of other clans is not our problem. If you want to start a new clan it's really easy, you get help on our servers (very helpful community), on the e+ page and we have good clanless players too.
As example my little cousin (GOQ Bushido), 13 years old and not very good in english (like me :oops: ) has started his own clan after 4 weeks playing! They have their own HP (thx goes to FSS) and some, at least 1, skilled player.
If somebody wants to leave GenX to start a new clan, than it's a good idea. Like Timm and Pan said, we need more clans! But I want to play with all GenX members and not only wiht some of them, because I'm in the second, third...team. I don't want to fight clanwars against team members, if you miss these fights, come more to the training, that's always funny, hehe.

@ IZ: Don't go, we would miss your comments and your gamplay (can this order be accidental? )

Iz, I think what Sub meant was, "We are the biggest clan out there BUT".

We have the biggest mancount yes, but over 50% of the clan are casual players at best. This is what was the foundation of genx from the beginning. We wanted players like refused, pandora and later 0oo0 and Unplayer who all said they did not have the time to commit. So we said dont commit, just join. So we got a lot of great players that can fill in now and then but dont play regularl although Pandora and Unplayer play quite a lot anyway . So I think that Sub posts mean that even if we are the biggest clan memberwise, we can't afford to split it and still have a mancount for clanwars.

And genx has always supported helping new clans get started, we tried to get people to play on genx servers so they could recruit when BRO and mr servers were "no recruiting allowed" and we supported FSS to start FRV and I have let both ALC and FRV have training on genx servers, we even started a combined practice effort with FRV, but that ran out into the sand eventually with summer coming and all Also we tell people that want to join us but dont quite fit to start a new clan or help a smaller clan instead

But we cant fit ALL the best players in here, just enough to beat everyone else
