Just my 2 cents...
As HQ said, waiting for the EST team was a display of good sportsmanship, but now you are destroying it... You waited for EST, even though you and your team knew that you could, freely and without any further fuss, simply call for a WO and win the match without firing a single rocket, at any given second after the 15 minutes of waiting. But you waited, thus agreeing that winning by WO is not an option for you guys. But after actually playing the match, you can't call on the rules you decided to forfeit the use of earlier on, that's simply low and not fair. Note, i'm not on "anyones side" here, just want to get this one aspect of the whole shebang getting cleared.

Report :!:
- I provede 3 servers EVOL, and two KO, thanks to HQ and XAB!
- I was on server 5 minutes before, and there was 5 Hungary players and 3 EST players.
- EST team leader Yurriko cannot connect and he was EST leader, it is in sport manner to help him to connect.
- I try help him to connect, PB update,etc.
- I suggest to playing on EVOL server because Yurriko there can connect, Hungary refuse that.
- I ask EST did they play without his team leader, they agree.
- I set map and game type and ask both teams did we need set password on server
: They answer no need. - We was ready to start match then somebody was connected and play warmap and refuse to leave, I have referee rights, no rcon and unfortunatly cannot kick him.
- Then I must set password and tell via MSN others.
- We was ready to play but GAMER not reconected, we must wait for him because EST have only 3 players now, we wait two minutes no longer.
- In that two minutes I saw that Yurriko try to connect and he was kicked by PB because of global guid ban (have shitty cd key.)
- I then give to him generated one CD key.
- At least we have 4 EST and 5 HUN players, all that happened in max 15 mintes.
- Then we start to play and play two games. Nobody complain about anything, EST won two games clearly You can see screnshots and stats and demos...
- Unfortunatly on map rotation came 17++ overkill map, I have allmost all maps but not that one, alot Hungary players and my self cannot connect
- Then DEN ask me how he can change map because he was lucky one who have that map, I was tell him how.
- Then we all connected and lost max. 5 minutes, then GIZDALORD ask for playing again ?! Because they wait 30 minutes (tahts no true ) start and 15 minutes for 17++ (thats no true)
- I ask why : He do not tell anything what will be good enough for any playing again.
- I ask 4 times Hungary to play last map, all other members dont said anything only talk GIZDALORD.
- I worning him if they dont play last map will be 3:0 for EST.
- And after #4 call for playing he argue and sont leasten what I said, I decide to live server and declare 3:0.

to think things behind facts is not the matter of the discussion if it is about rules. There is no option in the rules thatu have to call for your 3pts. There is not even a word i think (here maybe i am wrong) that a referee can override these rules.
If he cant then there is nothing to talk about. 15 passed no est show up 3pts.

Both of my sentences as 30min delay and 15 min break is true. Ok ask for moly or hq the server log or whatsoever that records the happenings on the server and u can see.

Time
I am not 100% sure about those times, I do so manny stuff to make that match good for both teams. And I dont have any reason to like EST and hate HUN. I am neutral 100%. So, I see You agree about anything beside time, that is good and prove that I do correctly my job. It is so big deal wait a few minutes more for Q3 friends and sport spirit ?

This is all nice and sweet but this does not mean that we give the 3pts to est. It is either a remach or 3 pts to hun. Up to est and the referees to extend our dedline.
(btw yes i recognised u planted a lot of energy in this but my sentence is above)

if the team doesnt show up you can call WO. if you dont, then you DONT get a WO.

so if est wins then we can come and whine about that they did not waited for us half an hour.
And i repeat once more. We would not come here if the FKIN game had not been cut by all players and REFEREE gone away over 15 mins.
This was the reason when we said we had fukin enough of this crap.
If so following the rules then the match was played half way illegaly(as non wc match) cuzz the delay reached the critic 15 mins.
There is no such things in the rule if someone waits there longer then 15 min that means they accept to play for the WC.
If u follow proper rules of proceedings(that all u suggest so hard so noone can break the rules) then it was recorded as the forfeit of EST by not showing up in the window.
