I am married and I expected to have a wife that is great in the kitchen (probably one of the few advantages of marriage)... :roll:

Turns out she sucks !! but that's ok... I'm cooking today Big grin

I'm gathering recipes for foods around the world. Arabic, Indian, Latin American, Mexican, etc. I would like to hear what is your favorite food (name) and pointers to recipes if possible.

My specialty is home-made pizza. The secret: let it rise in the refrigerator for at least 4 days. It gets a sour flavor that rocks !!

I'll post some cool recipes soon.

Any chefs in the e+ community?

My wife rocks in cooking...my prefered receipe is rice , with curry flavour, with some chicken and mushrooms...very spicy Winking , and spaghettis a la bolognaise....
i am constantly fighting , not to gain weight

Mmh.. Taco (u all know what that is, right?) & risi e bisi, it's something italian with rice, fried onion, and other things in Happy ham and that stuff Big grin
