Jeez, 14" monitor. I remember when that was BIG. I remember when my 15" monitor was considered big. Jeez, I need a new monitor after I get a new mouse.
my first "computer" was Commodore 64. My first PC was AMD-k6 350 / 32ram / s3 trio 3d (graphic card LOL) 4gb hdd hehehe
If i remember it wel (so many years have past):
age 10-17:
-tandy trs 80 (wrecked it by attempts to boost the performance ), never really used it, only 8 kb internal mem.
-Atari 600 XL
-Commodore 64 (had 5 different commodores c64's I and II, again all wrecked (and every time got a new one, told the computershop it just malfunctioned, the idiots )
-one xt (8086 or 8088, cant remember wich of the two)
age 17 till now(not wrecked):
-486 25 mhz
-dozens of pentium 1-3's
-now still using a p4.
1976 : IMSAI 8080, intel 8080a @ 2mhz, 256 bytes RAM, with cassette storage and IMDOS-Basic.
Next was a Commodore c64-2 w/ 64K RAM, then was IBM XT 8088 @ 4mhz, 640 k RAM, HG video, dual fdd. Upgraded to CGA and 5mb hdd.
We had a TRASH 80 somewhere in the midst of this.
After that We made a steady progression as new technology was made available to the public. Hee Hee, I refused to use Windows personally until 1999.

Then I got an NEC APC III 8086 4.77MHz with 512KB and 2 360KB floppies
I had that until 1991 then I got a 386DX/25 with 120MB HDD... Played Wolf3D really well
