on windows :

1) make 3 files like : run1.bat, run2.bat, run3.bat in C:\Program Files\Quake III Arena (default path)
2) put in each of these files this :

run1 : start quake3.exe +set fs_game excessiveplus +set dedicated 2 +set net_port 27960 +exec server.cfg

run2 : start quake3.exe +set fs_game excessiveplus +set dedicated 2 +set net_port 27961 +exec server.cfg

run3 : start quake3.exe +set fs_game excessiveplus +set dedicated 2 +set net_port 27963 +exec server.cfg

3) edit your ,,crontab.txt'' for example

4) schedule time in windows scheduling app to start run1.bat, run2.bat, run3.bat

note : it is basic process to make your port rotating, i didnt think on other method on windows, and also dont know how to make it under linux. I know one guy whos making rotating port under linux but he want money for all his work, also for infos , better dont write his name
