maybe 3 cups?
iCTF on qlinsta.cfg
iFTAG on rr.cfg
iTDM on bananarail.cfg or railmania.cfg
But i would do something like Rail Master Cup:
only 5 maps in poll maps.
best of 3 maps, first map ctf , second map ftag, and tie map tdm : >

good move is to before cw players from other play tournament map 1v1 . like in NC 2011 . and day fight for some point. game type for next cup. rr and tdm. no pure cup show that is only real spam. and camping.ctf but who will want play wifth ql cfg . i like this setting but how many clans want go this way. from my side ctf conf rr . ql. reason you find there strafe runs and a lot of team tactic. it is like cheese .
