Ok people, this is it. I hate it when a person i like so much must take so much heat, just because. One thing before i get on with my drivel - perhaps what i'll write here should remain private. Prolly i'll get thrown in a fire for that - but i don't care, i can take a flame, as long as it's done in a just cause.
First of all, i can understand the frustration of you guys - Pan basically backstabbed you (sorry man, that's how it looks like), so did Cold, the clan is in a crisis, most members are inactive or have some rl probs... no wonder you are all on the edge. But taking it out on a person least deserving is just FUCKED UP.
Can't you understand? If an inexperienced person is put under so much pressure, she is bound to break sooner or later, especially is she gets minimal support in her efforts. Afaik Ina was responsible for leading trainings in 2!S - that's rich, putting up someone in such a position, who should be the one trained in the first place. :roll: And then you are angry at her because she just couldn't take the constant pressure anymore and decided to leave. Maybe instead of taking it out on her, you ALL should poke your bloated heads and think that it's maybe some of you that provoked such a situation - i think if she got enough support she would not even think about leaving.
What's more, i see no one even cares to look at the fact that she rejected to join Pan's new clan - altough temptation must have been huge - she JUST left, not left for another clan. She did not betray 2!S, she just couldn't take it anymore.
Stop blaming innocent ppl and start solving the important problems. Because it's your all collateral fault that this happened in the first place.
Now, a little disclaimer - i don't wanna mess with your guys internal probs, not even close. Your shit is your shit, and i don't wanna have anything to do with it - but it makes my teeth grind when i see stuff like that.
On another note, i hope you get back on track soon, and start kicking some ass; 2!S is a nice clan which i like very much, with great persons inside it. Just need to start solving probs, instead of creating them.

There is no frustration in 2!S. And nobody is fixing problems on INA. Some people in 2!S have an own oppinion about her decission, and do express their oppinion. I dont force people to stfu in each way as long it is no total offense.

which pressure. THERE was NO PRESSURE. The only thing what u can call pressure is my thread in 2!S private "Asking for honesty". The topic is about, who stands to 2!S or who is just in 2!S for other reasons. smt like that. In this thread INA posted that she love 2!S and will not leave. Even in past, using the words "2!S forever". So maybe u can understand here a bit my personal dissapointment. Other details will be not posted. That was handled between her and me via PM.

I was never the oppinion she left us for a other clan, and never pointed something similiar out.

Who blamed her? Xplo? He just pointed out that there was nothing really funny. It was his "own" oppinion. And yes, he is a bit extrem, but i stand behind him. Behind his words there is mostly something true in it.

To make it clear:
1. Nobody made pressure on INA
2. I didnt made her organising trains for nothing. SHE requested it, she wanted to do it.
3. The dissapointment from my side is just because she wrote, she will never leave 2!S!
Making big words is always dangerous. Broken Promise in that way.
4. She don't has trouble with me. I just need to cool down, and one day we can speak with each other again
Maybe i should care about problems in EVOL? Which don't have to interest me? In future maybe, if i mix in somewhere, i will start to listen also just 1 side.
And again. 2!S has no problems. Just some triffles which will be solved step by step!

something smells in here.
even after ina leaved 2!s she still said(no exact quote dont have a log of irc): ''sad to leave 2!s..., -cut- i would like to stay...''
this both things shows she liked 2!s very much and she had to leave cuz something was wrong.
if something is wrong in a clan between the members its a problem for the leader too.
so the leader done something wrong he didnt fixed the problems ina had with person x.
think about it, i dont wanna have an answer

Skull, what has this todo with you? Anyway, i am not a babysitter. If person 1 has a prob with person 2.
The only person which who Ina had had probs was firefox. And as fire as i know about this probs, it was jsut triffles.
Her words "she is acting like a teacher, can't stand that anymore".
Where are we? huh? However.
Mad, i am on msn, now, contact me, and show me some facts! I am there the next half hour!
Gimme facts for:
1. Where was the pressure
2. Where was the lack of support
Gimme a reason, why i should not be dissapointed.
1. She asked for responsibility
2. She asked that i allow her to organise trains
3. I gave here the responsibility
4. She gave up after the 1. train, because the 1. train (since months) didnt worked that good?
1 Day later after the train, she left us. Cool, giving up, just because it works not on demand at the first time. Pretty good. Instead of discuss about it, to improve it for the next train, she simply left us.
i didnt took her in 2!S for her aim. I took her for her character. I thought she suits perfect to the basement of 2!S.
Pls tell me, why i should not be dissapointed.
The only guy who was kinda hard to her, was me, just me. And just because of my big dissapointment.
So, come out with facts dude. Tell me what i dont know.

Mow, maybe you don't know what pressure is - you don't have to sit around a persons head to make him feel pressure; pressure of not being able to live up to expectations, not out of her fault (the failed training); pressure of knowing that clan needs wins, yet not being able to do absolutely anything at all because of this; pressure of your good friend leaving clan, and being ripped between loyalty to clan and loyalty to friend.
You self pawned yourself with the second point - where was the lack of support, while you admit you were hard on her, and even allowed FF to bash heads with her :roll:
Why should you not be disappointed? Because she gave all she has, she sincerily loves 2!S. And you don't give a fuck. You don't even notice that.
There are a few other facets of this whole shebang, but it's Ina's own call to bring it out.
