Using a software that randomly associates clans, the following lineup has been created:

Dvinsk vs XSFG
Pyromancers vs HK
BE vs POD
BF vs FOP
WASP2 vs NWC

Before proceeding to this match, please read the updated rules.

Once this match is completed, as well as all others ranked match, you need to send the results at apclanrank@hotmail.com. As title of the email, use this syntax : CLAN1 vs CLAN2 (Exemple: BE vs WASP2)

This ranking is limited to clans that are located in Americas (North America and South America).

Definition of Rankwar/Clanwar: Event between two teams where points are awarded depending on the final result of the match.

To be ranked, a match proposition should mention RANKWAR, CLANWAR or CHALLENGE in either its body or its title. To clarify a propostion and avoid any ambiguations, use the above form:

Note: It is not allowed to send more than 3 propositions at the same time.

Pointing will only work if both clans are registered to the rank.

The ranking is divided in seasons, separating every season in a 3 month period. At every season's end, ranks are blanked out and started over. History of previous seasons will be kept and consultable.

At the beginning of each month (3 times per season), a match grid will be generated. The software used will link two clans together. The clans must at least play this match, otherwise, their score will be reduced by 3 points at the next month draw. We strongly suggest that you play this match the week that the random lineups are made.
Note: While this match needs to be played by the end of the month, clans are still able play others match. For exemple, if the software picks the BE and DVINSK clans, BE and DVINSK clans are still able to play against any others clans.

At least one refeeree is needed for a match to starts.

It is not allowed to play the same clan more than once in a month (monthly draw and challenge are exceptions)

Refeerees make the duty of enforcing a 1 point penalties for bad sportsmanship (supported by evidences : screenshots, recordings, logs, etc.)

The winning clan will earn 5 points. Its opponent, the losing clan, will have, for its part, 2 points. Ranking does not only rewards the skills, but also sportsmanship and participation.

Once the clanwar proposition has been approved by both parties, penalties of 3 points can be imposed in cases where:

· None of the clan's members show up at the match time without precedent advices (allow 30 minutes delay).

or

· One clan leaves during the game without valid reasons.

Can also be applied a penalties of 1 point in cases where:

· Less than the minimum players stated in the proposition show up.

or

· Losing minimum players limit due to members leaving during the game.

If one clan sees itself refused three or more of its propositions in a row, this clan can uses a challenge token. This token can only be sent to the clan under or to the two clans above the current clan's position. The goal of token is to force another clan to play a match. Due to this, if the challenged team loses, 3 points rather than 2 will be allowed for participation.
Note: Challenge token can only be sent to one clan at a time. It is not allowed to send a challenge token under two weeks of interval. Challenge must be specified in Gametype field in the match proposition. Also, you cannot send a challenge until you played your monthly match.

Temporary clans are accepted. This clan admits clanless players or players that currently belong to a clan that they will momentarily leaves for the season's period. Minimum players to be considered a temporary clan is 3 players
Note: Temporary clans are only accepted for one season. If their formal members want to play in this same temporary clan the next season, they're are forced to register to the Clans Database.

A player can only be registered in one clan. However, the player is allowed to be registered in team ranking and individual ranking at the same time (further details will be posted when those two ranks will be available).

For clans that have europeans players, they are allowed to play as long as more
than 50% of the playing members are american (use the 50% + 1 rule).

As indication:
3 players match : 2 US / 1 EURO
4 players match : 3 US / 1 EURO
5 players match : 3 US / 2 EURO

We encourage the use of plus.cfg for matches. If both clans agree on a different configuration, it can be used. However, plus.cfg will be the default configuration if no agreement is reached. Plus.cfg variations will be offered to satisfy all gametypes.

Team registration are open. The rules are the same as the ones for clans stated above. The only exception is the minimum players required : for team, it is 2 players.
