firstly you should unzip demo with winrar or some program like that
secondly you should create (if you dont have) in queke3/excessiveplus folder called demos
than, you should copy unziped demos in that folder

I also wanted to add that even though its not so obvious that the second guy is a racist,he shouldn't insult me and my country no matter what.
