No, it's not. How do you define "best" screenshot, when it is entirely subjective, and depends who that screenshot belongs to?

What may seem like "nothing special" for one guy can be a really good score for someone other, depends on their own skills. I will definitely not split hairs here, as long as a screen is not utter crap like the one Palme posted they will stay here.
