@lox i think u clerly understand me and idk for what u do argue with me about used example, but ok...
u cant kill nowhere (including usa) a person because he crosed your land, i think u have watched to many western movies
and u cant voliate laws of ppl not because of goverment but because of etic, using the logic u foolow in reply to me u could say "if nobdoy can punish me i can do whatever i want and force other ppl to do things they dont want to do (make slaves) or kill them because there is no punishment for it
but u know if u do something bad to someone and there are no law regulations, someone else going to come to take a revenge on u and kill u... but this isint willd west, we are cyvilized ppl and each of us have foolowing a certain etic, netiquete ect ect, and this common rules is regulated by the goverments, actually u cant even make whathever u want to yours enemy during the war because if u going to voliate human rights all contries will treat u like criminal
aside of course this cant be event compared to weatern movies since having a server and making a spider anounce is clear inviting of players, so where is the logic to invite someone to yours home accuse him of a crime and kill him on a place oO, even if this would be wester movie, that would be rather a comedy 
especialy because u cant explain why u do have killed yours quest

Real life rules is for real life
If they will be a store etc is pointless. They aren't Part of this side. They got there own rules
Borg rules are stupid for many people here . Yes for sure.
But what you can all do about it.
Maybe
Make your own serwer
Pay your own money
Make your own rules
Ban them if you will feel better
Dont go there .
But before you will spend your money think how many people dream about that kind of serwer.

They are not part of this comunity. They dont have to respect our rules. Our rules concern only forum and ranking. Everything else is honour, manners and respect for other players. They dont play ranking games. They dont use our forum as far as someone call them. Did you see them ever reporting any cheater? Or did they give ever demo to investigate? As I know not. Probably they ban ppl after spectating them. Its their server and they can do this. Why not? They made rules. Is it fair? Probably not, but what is fair? Some people should be banned here but they arent 
For me sad thing is that they take all benefits beeing part of this comunity and they give nothing back, like with anticheat.. On other hand each time I see them here they have to deal with stupid attack on them.. So noone is right here.

Fala, in ww2 all sides didnt follow any rules, etic or stick to the convension, because its war and everyone use all methods to be the winner.

A server is the property of the ones who pay for the server, like it or not.
It's quite simple, some guys have fun playing a game and reach in their pockets, for some money, to install Q3 and have some fun games together on configs and setups THEY like.
Then they descide to allow other players on their server to have some games with.
It's still their server, so they descide what, and how its going down on that server.
To maintain a nice atmosphere, for all, but specialy for the ones paying for that server every month !
They open up their server to the public, not give it at the public. There is a significant differance.
Every server on which you connect, and you do not own, you play by rules, set by the owners of that server.
But.... to have a nice server with nice players, to have some fun games with, you listen to all players for input what they like.
This input is discussed with the owners of that server, the Clan.
And they descide how the server is run, and with what rules. It is up to them.
I know that this way of "we all together descide how servers should be run" is a way off ultimate democracy. But its not how it works
Weird example:
Server is setup with PlusN config. and there is one strict rule.
When you enter a game, you shoot your shotgun in the air three times. Penalty, BAN if you dont.
You enter and use LG on the enemy, BAN.
You can cry what you want, but if that guy dont want you anymore, thats it.
But on such a server, with such silly rule, you would play?
Some rules suit you, some rules dont, And all servers have their own set.
So choose wisely when you connect to servers on which you are a GUEST.

As a geust i never expected to see such rule abuse by the people with authorative rights on Borg server.

u should also mention that those people after the war finished land in jail or got executed because of the crimes they have did...

i still think there is no way to resolve this, borg is borg, e+ community its e+ community, e+ wont follow borg rules, borg wont follow e+ rules...two different lands, with their own rules and ppl.
