Fala, your example about shop is a bit wrong, lets imagine that u run your own business (borg server) and some other company (e+ forum) want to tell you how you should run your business, would you listen to them?
E+ forum not connected to borg servers anyhow, so they free to do anything without giving explanation to you at all. Dont understand why people like skull and yourego thinks that borg team crue owns something to them. Your bans wont affect on their servers at all, i am sure that nobody will stop/start playing their cause of you. And if they want to get rid of you, whenever reason is, its their choice.

Sure hell will affect their reputation.
And yeah since you say that e+ community is not connected to borg servers then why don't we just put the borg server off the server spider. Luckily you have still reasonable and nice admins on e+, which will not happen. And if I was an admin of e+ I wouldn't do that either. But the way you describe the relationship between borg and e+ community, could imply the right for the e+ community to throw every tiny bit of information about Borg's existence into the dumpster. Just like borg throws people out of their servers, just like that.
Where is the demo guys. The question is still open. And at a certain time, certain open questions will have an answer to it.

@lox, they have banned me skull and yourego for cheating it has nothing to do with e+ u are right but it has much to do with us customers of the "shop" and our laws witch they dont consider any important at all, they run a excessiveplus mod "they are part of bigger comunity" and the server is not comunity itself, like in my example. yes they have thier own bussines but when they banned me the make ingerention into my bussines and i am customer not only of thier "shop" but also a whole "marketplace" but actualy in my or skull case we are "hired by the marketplace owners to fight with thiefs" and one of the companies that have thier business in the marketplace clas the security crew a thiefs LOL ROFL ect ect ect...
only because u rent a server with a certain mod it does not make a god out of u and give u right to penelty people with out of sky arguments, here in this board are ppl that are far more smarter than any server administrators, and then they have banned ppl as cheaters who was part of develping team for anticheat system for this mod...
if this is not WTF then i dont know what else i can say

Fala, they are not part of this forum, they have their own rules aka laws, and you cant force them to do what you want or follow your rules. They pay for the server and they can ban/kick or even close server in any time and dont explain to you any reason = gods on borg servers, simple as that.
Yourego, i highly doubt they will be upset if u throw away them from server spider and delete all info on this forum.

The point is not to upset them. Just like fala pointed out. It is about following your own rules and laws. That means NOT abusing them, but abiding by them, which in reality they have shown that they are infact, abusing it for their own gain.

Fala, i cant violate the laws at my home in your example cause of goverment only, but if you take for example private territory like in America, they can even shoot you on their territory. Consider that their are no higher law that can stop them from violating any rule, so they can do what they want and it will be legit, but you have a choice not to go on their server, simple as that.
