you make your own luck. if you are having a "bad day", it's your fault 'bout that. if you're having a "good day" then you WANT to have a good day, so therefore you are giving yourself one 
but it's extremely hard to create this, what u call hormone, it relies on too many real life factors (amount of sleep, soberness, girlfriend/boyfriend, parents, inet conn, pc, mouse, mat, kb, monitor, next door neighbours, cat, dog, fish, etc. basically everything skull makes an excuse of)

luck is the biggest cheat ever invented, so yes, u can.
edit:
seriusly, luck and badluck are simply 'mistakes'
if u accidently switch to rocket and hit, luck, u did a mistake and it helped u. -> luck
u might switch to the wrong weapon, and cant kill the enemy with that, ur fault, ur bad luck.
luck is about, that u do a mistake, forgott to calculate things or do something senseless and without that u can influence it, it helps u.

Well luck is luck dude, u can't change that. It's all part of life, u don't have luck in ur body. Is just that happens to everybody in your life u don't power to change it. Sometimes u can, sometimes ( most of the time ) u cant ...peace...

F2. Luck is to be lucky . You cant calculate how lucky you will be. If you can, change, calculate or manypolete luck, then, thats not luck.
