MD5-Tool mismatch is not an active cheat, just to consider this into ur decissions. Nevertheless, an positive match on a Q3Hook means he owns this file.

q3hook is a hook for q3, depending on what it does it can mean nearly anything. Same as cgame86.dll can be for defrag purposes or for hacking.

Therefor, standard routine goes and tanaka will definitly have a rankban.
