PB doesn't kick for mouse problems. Its called APM.

AC kicks for broken mouse, PB kicks for Process violations. It is completely different source and don't mix them up. Kick by pb saying broken mouse -> ban him.
Actually it is not a calculation mistake, it would need to be white listed. Since noone codes upon APM this won't get fixed. I could learn coding and improve it to the max, but then noone would trust me or the APM anyways. People will still complain I hack.

And one more thing, I don't ban ANYONE, I am not in the position for that - and you should be happy, you would be on my ban list already for general stupidity.

Nobody reported it, so it didn't happen except you have proof. This proof must include the kick, connection data and the word of someone trusted that the given data/logs are correct. Then we still would need to determine what exactly happened and if a ban is correct. For example it is pretty good to test the pbsv.cfg by adding sa4_wallhack 1 in your config. Empty pbsv.cfg will not kick you for it.

about thor, I am 100% sure it is a broken mouse. We could get this confirmed by APM coder if he/she would be still around.

That I can cheat without getting kicked by APM doesn't mean people can't demo it and find out. About thor, we had a whole team of Pro players working on such stuff like hq, mircwar, laktos, me and others to find false positives. Right now you are just accusing all of these to actually cover a person.
