Been following this thread (and some in the past), and on these matters there is a deafning silence.
I know accusations and bans are very delicate matters, and if your not the authority the majority stands behind, you really need a very strong Flame-Protected-Battlesuit. So in a way i understand the hesistant behaviour of RM's.
I think the people who ARE in charge on E+ must evaluate how things can and must be handled, because in doing nothing, E+ becomes a safe-haven for those with malicious intentions.
The RM, in charge of these matters, must be someone who can evalute and analyse evidence in an objective manner, but most off all, who is accepted as an authority by most of the community.And even then ... no glory to be found, only slandering (Why all others resigned ? Not because of appreciation or beeing respected)
Elite'z-Servers:
We implement bans on our own servers, out of our logs and .... we follow the official banning on E+
I am not a Rank-moderator. I am waiting on a verdict from E+. If this takes too long, i will discuss this within our own admin-ranks, and make a descision for our Elite'z servers.

dont start it skull is the best listen i dont care . i play all games clean. I play better because many of you dont play. It is hard to play better if you only spam all forum topics Noobs .
be the way skull how you want show that you are clean player ? If Mzi pass pb.pure he also never was catch , ore kick. how we can know that you will not do the same xd because you are skull and you are clean

go mods, give me second (this time permanent) ban and let all cheaters be unbanned D:
all you know i never cheated and i was banned... others can cheat, or be suspected and do not have any warnings etc. shame on you e+ and mods.
fps and your mates i waiting for your own confession.
@delight you was using WH what was working with pure/pb servers (without rsqt where you were busted) and still not get banned D+
i start to feel shame that i joined this community and was want to help here to anybody.

Idk how much of this story is true, tho I would've never guessed Del would possibly use cheats 
Btw I don't know why Maja's thread was locked? There were few discussions ongoing there. Explanation : Ranking mods will look over the case and will inform you about it. RM ? If I remember correctly, about 3-4 weeks ago, Skull accused Mzi of using WH and submitted a video/demo material as proof. I mean, come on... why is it so complicated to analyze the evidences and accusations and bring a verdict ? I would sooner reach China by foot than RMs bring a decision. Old or new, skilled or noob, young or old... rules should be same for all, no matter the player's profile. In ex., if I was in the place of Mzi, being accused of using WH with those evidences, I would've probably been banned 2 weeks ago.. just thinking loud..
