well i am no expert but when talking to hq he said that (i think it was trance had checked) and compared ip's from somewhere else and they had matched.
it will surely tell you the town / isp / and probably more stuff that i am not aware of . .. and the two should match somewhere...
as i said before i am not good with all this stuff but i thought (could be wrongly) that dynamic ip only changed the last two series of numbers for example 256.256.111.111 could be dynamic to 256.256.222.222 but you would not get change to 111.256.111.111
as i said i maybe wrong cause i am a noob in all these matters...

u do understand it perty well goddamn, and duration in dynamic ip is when modem are disconecr and u connecting again so they can match if that person was change only nick withnout restarting router or pc, max time amout for have same ip is 24h adsl witch reset conetion automaticly after that time

yeah i understand that you get lease time on ip address - and the main part of th equestion i am asking is are these two ips the same person, cause when i use http://network-tools.com/ i cannot make sense of the results - am i right in thinking that these two ips are same country denoted by first digits 84, but different areas of that country 173, 149. and last two are the dynamic (leased) part 81.98 and 231.52 - is that correct . . .
if someone can use trace and knows what results mean - are these the same person . . .?

that is not just cheat in my eyes but in eyes of most of the people here,

Well it is cheat if it is scripted if not it's manual re*-switch (which I don't like either) but he wasn't using script, that was already clear there also if you take the time to read the full thread it was agreed to continue the disscusion on BUg reports section, so if you say he was cheating for doing that then all HK is cheating cause you use weapon reswicht too (even if it manual as CJ was doing) that was a part not covered on our rules and since he was doing it by hand we let him continue and just asked him not to do it.
As by locking it they called it even and took it to the bug disscusion where everyone is talking about what is or not cheating when it comes to bypassing reload times, that is what Spider has been trying to do with your 9 pages topic on your forum but it's not my fault that none of you is Admin of your own forum.
