but the point is that I WANNA THAT CFG for E+ 1.04b6 AND I'M NOT GONNA DO IT MYSELF xD

dude, if u actually want to play cpm, PLAY CPMA, not a shitty conf in excessiveplus, by many reasons but mainly:
Physics: if something is UNIQUE in whole gamming history is the perfection of the cpm physics and their usage in maps, u ignore this fact totally by what i read.
Netcode: there is nothing to explain here, i'll get quoted with silly unlagged and blabla, unlagged sucks for projectiles.
Weapon balance: you don't dominate with just one weapon, plus u can do weapon combos with certain skill (the other extreme would be e5).
Maps: there are maps which are totally designed for this gameplay and it's incredible fun. Fancy mix maps+physics <3> so called community. Even if this were the greatest community over whole inet, i wouldn't play e+.
And finnally i beg, DON'T RUIN THE CPM GAMEPLAY ON A CRAPPY E+ CONF, that will just bring a bad view of what cpm actually is...

There's actually a mod called cpma. It's fairly new, so you probably never heard of it: http://www.promode.org/

This is the 1.04 version of this config. However, i just translated ratsalad version to 1.04, and because this is the first time ive tried cpma it probably has some bugs but hopefully can work as a platform for further tweaking.
Note: The DM_NO_FOOTSTEPS flag in beta6 removes falling sounds too, so i fixed it in next version so DM_NO_FOOTSTEPS removes footsteps only and implemented DM_NO_FALLING_SOUND to remove falling sounds. In the meantime you can just remove the flag from the config.
