Demos there, respect to that. But if a refree is required ONLY for making demos, then he is useless since there r clan mates that record their players.

I would like to belive that ref has other functions too and that recording is only his additional task and not the only one.

I don't think U blackmail there but U show how U would react if someone was playing arrogant (and for us, "bending" the simple rules after all talk we had is simply being arrogant towards rest of the clans). Because I'm sure that if we did something like that it wouldn't be easily forgot.

There are two kinds of rules. Minor and major ones. Also an interpretation of a law is important.
Major rules cover things like cheating, pb, pure, name-faking. Minor rules is everything else.
Sry but ref's rule is minor one, can be interprated or if anyone prefers this word "bend". Since demos are not the problem, and all went fine, this rule is not broken in my eyes.

Still name-faking is major rule. Question is what DA is going to do about it. Nice moment of making attack, really convienient for DA.

Lem will do what organizers decide, we can replay match with referee, no problem.

Don't forget we are not at court in real life, it's just a game, we play for fun not for food.

As far as i understood you denied to post demos from your cmc.1 war, just think for a while and tell me how fair was that - you could watch demos of your possible future opponents, yet you did not agree to post your ones..

Now as far as {d*r*t} vs 2!Sweet war is concerned. Did someone benefit from the fact of not having a "neutral" referee present on the server? War was arranged in and went smooth, demos were recorded and submitted.

In addition I wonder what's the purpose of this thread? Is this supposed to stray peoples attention from your team-mate/clan leader dirty deeds?

I know result would be the same if a ref was there but that is not the point...(plz read the quotes above and see the reactions and principle talk part)
And regarding to the posting demos in 1st round part - rules were updated AFTER the match BUT I ask U, did we deny the demos even when everyone know the rule update only refers to next CW's and not played ones. We could have stick to that rule and say that we will post only next CW demo. But we posted them anyway - I think that was an act of good faith from our side, but no one acknowledging it.

And the point is, altho THIS TIME all went smooth (except te nick-faking which we all hate and judge), there will be CW's where someone will do something wrong AND by simply putting a ref there U avoid all this talk we R having now (since he will make sure all rules are followed and he will post demos even if any clan has something against it)

About Killer - there is a topic opened and we all were shocked to hear about it, but detail talk about his "deeds" U say should be directed there.

Thank you for replies! And keep in mind we don't wanna change the outcome of any war - we just want same principles and fair play for all people here and I think if anyone is feeling bad because they think something wrong has happened, or someone is bending the rules (and judging other bending somewhere else) they should say it here.
