And what about the broken rule ? Not important this time hehe, even if it's clearly said in rules. As far as I know, you didnt ask on shoutbox for example, which is a good way to find quickly a referee (especially a sunday evening).

The fact is, according to which clan you belong, treatment is kind of different. Who whined the most for DA not posting demos (that weren't clearly said in rules) ? Think twice about the 6 year old whiner.

Fact is also that Killer shit makes a good opportunity to change the subject, and keep those pointed out by Reno and Beast away or smaller.

And as a conclusion, I'd like to point out that the organisator, ranking mods, forums mods all belong to DRT. So imo, their point of view is skewed (which is normal) but I don't expect them to open their eyes wider than what they want to see.

ahem i was not a DRT member till what, 2-3 weeks ago and when it comes to MODDING the forums (which is my duty) rest assured i am not biased and if need be i would take the necessary actions against any member of these boards, drt or not. Why shouldn't this war be ranked when 2!S had no idea of this intruder? (prove it otherwise, like Mow did, with hard solid facts). They played on good faith, so did we. As for your ref concern, as long as demos were posted and clans agreed to play like this i see no problem even tho the magic rules say a ref is needed. Well sometimes you can't find one (and no your joke of a shoutbox suggestion does not count).

To keep this short - Killer acted on his own, very bad choice but he "suffers" the consequence now and I can't remember ANYONE from DA defending him.
In fact, he isn't part of DA clan anymore so don't refer him as "our member".

This is multicultural, international forum and as U all know this outbursts r bound to happen - here and inside the game (rarely but they do - ask 2!S too or other clans that had some incidents they couldnt control). We all have free will and can abuse it...that happened last night.

I don't see how is this important topic about "bending" the CMC rules but it seems, in the lack of excuses U point the finger to DA for a big conspiracy (something like "JFK") which is totally unfair since we did NOTHING to give any suspicion on our fair play here.

P.S. About DA following the rules:

On your match vs. 2!S you didn't give the ref your joinword. That is FAR WORSE than not having a ref at all. He was there but due to your clans behaviour and TOTAL DISREGARD of the rules, he wasn't able to do his job.

P.P.S. And yes, refree is just an overglorified recording machine. Nothing more, until some sort of refree training program and official system is made (which i am developing, btw).
As it is now, refrees can't do anything, except record.
So yes, they are only demo recording machines, and can be replaced as such by clan members recording their teams.
