I haven't anything against rules in general. I have the impression that a few things will be changed here. There will be presumably also more mods.

Simple rules would help the Mods, to perform their job and the discussions about decisions of the Mods would be hold in borders.

• No porn (the includes for me "no nipples" No shame hairiness" "no open wounds" "No animated gifs which are showing a sexual intercourse"
  
• No racism in which kind ever
• No personal insults, no general attacks
• no Forumspam (in the kind and manner as we know it from Alex.K (in the past). Spams as we know from deky are harmless)

If a Mod acts according to these rules, there are not any discussions about his decisions, for example if he moves a thread, or he censors posts or if he deletes Posts or closes threads according to this simple rules.

I don't like too many rules neither.

• If I switch on the television set in the morning I see in the breakfast television, or even in the school television more nudity than here in the forum.
• This is a forum of "Excessive" plus. Here one fragments slackly up to 600 persons per hour or even more, the blood splashes into all directions, parts of the body fly through the air fall with a repulsive noise onto the ground.
• There are nude models of Slash with pornosounds and Maps on those one can see details of of sexual acting. These things are free for download on very known and legal pages.

I agree with views of GodDaM (and a lot fo others with simmilar views), that there shgouldnt be a blanket of censorship, and freedom of speech should be allowed. BUT, not too free (like the UK government, democracy with elements of monopolic dictatorship ), as in no flaming and no abuse of any kind...

Spamming with meaning should be allowed i.e.

, but "dickhead" spamming (i.e. writing stuff for no apparent reason) should be deleted.

Swearing - thats a tricky one... I believe that it can be used but not for flaming or abusing people. e.g.

- i couldnt find an alternative term to describe that particular type of spamming...)(althoghu when i started this forum and didnt know people or the rules i did it, but now as a clan leader i dont really see the point...

As for nudity, nohing hardcore, but i dont think any1 here went too far (there's nothing on this fourm that the likes of google and altavista wont provide with the "safety on"...)

So my vote is for keeping the old rules, with slight modifications
