Yo lo tengo configurado con el winamp 5, uso una cfg + 1 *.exe funciona RoxXx

I have it configured with the winamp, use a cfg + 1 *.exe it works RoxXx

there is no need for anything else. its build into winamp but you must turn it on.

go to options -> preference -> global hotkeys
turn on hotkeys.

That's a quote from the first page of this half year old thread, some other good alternatives are mentioned too. I personally found my solution some months ago. Thx nevertheless.
