Well, now an idea on a different way.
How about a League-System beside Ranking. We need a couple of clans, as many as possible, also as serios as possible. Clanleaders must be as sure as possible, that they clan excists at least for the time of a season 
This idea is more about to force the acitivity of clans. Putting inactive players on inactive to be able to recruit fresh blood beside the old farts.
Generally the league could work like the soccer league. Win 3 points, tie 1 point, loss 0 points. For the league, there will be just 2 maps played (for ranking can be played additionally a 3rd map if tie). Gametype does not matter, each clan can chose the most loved gametype for it's map. Configs, plus or edawn. Plus because all are used to it, edawn because it is pretty similiar, but harder to play (in the beginning) and still in development. So each clan can chose between both configs for its map.
Means everybody plays against anyone, but just 1 round, not with a re-game, to have a shorter seasons.
The rules shouldnt be so strict, for example the shedules shouldnt be that forced, to have no Wo's or at least not many WO'S. Also the order of the games should stay open, Clans are not forced to play other clans in a special order.
Personally i would love to play in such a league, but i have no time to be the main organiser for it.

If "E+ League" - then why only Plus and edawn configs? E+ consist of Plus side (Plus.cfg, edawn.cfg, etc) and Excessive side (E5.cfg, E5r.cfg, E6.cfg, etc). Thats the discrimination. But of course generally I agree. with You.

seems like a solid idea.
perhaps we might use the freeform swiss tourney pairings instead?
what that means is, clans do play in order like in normal league, but pairs are determined by how good you do.
one advantage is that clans can leave the league, then join back in, etc.
it does not require a clan to be in the league all the time.
of course, if the clan wants to win, it should play all the rounds. but the league does not fall apart if a clan leaves, or joins after start.
any thoughts?

i like it . it makes much more sense to have ranking in that way. to stop clans from playing the same clans to gain easy points

Well, it was an sitenote, to the polish only thread in events forum. Has nothing to do with stupidity. So maybe now u get it
Well, that i want to have it for plus and edawn is pretty logically, since my clan does not play e5 - e5539545541551. Also it is IMPOSSIBLE to make a all over league, since many clans have members, playing in e5 and in plus. U CAN NOT let play those clans against each other. It has also nothing to do with discrimination, since i just took it as pre-name for the topic, since this mod is named E+. Maybe later, if it should happen once to be able to make this leage, than it is "maybe" named Plus/Edawn-Leauge, or humpelpumpleltrippeldyhohoha-league.
I would not like to attack in fact anybody, but this small-check thinking is totally annoying. And I hate it if things are smothered already from the scratch.
