not sure what u mean on the last screen(or which that is). if u meant the dock programs, then try rocketdock, or stardock. i'm sure there are others aswell.

RK launcher. but for real mac effects you need some plugins. Whole os x kit is here: http://www.vistaosx.net/download.htm
