just curios, what happens if 2 clans playing on e1, 2, 3 and 4 config? Which are pretty official, or on default config, or on xp.cfg? pretty official, too.

U r just called e5, because u play mostly excessive5.cfg, but u cant do anything, if 2 clans agree to play on 1, 2, 3, 4, xp, default.cfg.

and as long a config is based on e5 side, than u cant do anything also.

i dont want to mix in, but that is my sight of things.

we call us not plus-players, because plus is mostly played, the side is still called bro, because bro is the mother of us all.

i just wonder why e5-side has so much problems to discuss on a grown-up-social level.

instagib anybody? actually e5s is cool... bfg and gauntlet! i'm pretty useless at everything really, if things change i wont mind i will just have to get used to it, but the way i have learned to play is to cope with the madness in e5 cfg. i guess it is harder to be a new player to play in e5 and e6 will make it easier for the new players.

i have my own ideas for how the next evolution of excessive should be, and i dont want to critisize all the hard work by everyone put into this config, but it feels like we are going backwards to excessive and it doesnt feel evolutionary nor revolutionary, but just taking bits from excessive and bro to try and trying to fit it into e5.

maybe i didnt try it long enough, but in the 3 games that i played, it felt that the excitement was taken out of the game maybe i need to play and practice, but whats the point of playing a game that you dont enjoy?

As for abuse, I think there is nothing you can really do about it, there will always be people that dont realise that others play in a way or say/do certain things that they dont like, and at that point it would take a bigger person to walk away, and i must say that i have seen older members and good players that represent excessive plus being abusive... there are jokes and there is abuse, but they should know that they are having a negative effect on the community or other person.

I don't think the 'e5' side has problems discussing it on grown up leven, hence you now have the e6 version, alot of people were involved in it.
Now just look at all the comments you get by posting it on this forum.
